These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EloPMS cloud hotel property-management platform and the elopms.com website, provided by IT Vision Pvt. Ltd. (“EloPMS”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
EloPMS is a subscription, cloud-based hotel property-management platform covering front desk and reservations, guest folios and night audit, housekeeping, distribution and direct bookings, restaurant POS and multi-outlet management, banquets and events, inventory and purchasing, accounting, HR and related modules. We may add, change or remove features to improve the service.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the users you invite. You must be authorised to bind your business to these Terms.
3. Subscriptions, trials & billing
- We offer a free trial; no payment is required to start it.
- Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. Prices are shown before you commit.
- Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location.
4. Your data & content
You retain all rights to the business data you put into EloPMS. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide and support the service. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of the data you enter, including tax and e-invoicing submissions you choose to make through the service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including no unlawful, infringing or fraudulent use, no attempts to breach security or access other tenants’ data, no reverse engineering, and no reselling the service except under an approved white-label partner agreement.
6. Availability & support
We work to keep EloPMS available and backed up, but the service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or factors beyond our control.
7. Third-party integrations
EloPMS can connect to third-party services (e.g. online travel agencies, channel partners, payment gateways, SMS/email/WhatsApp providers, biometric devices, tax portals). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms — you connect your own accounts — and we are not responsible for them.
8. Intellectual property
EloPMS, its software, branding and content are owned by IT Vision Pvt. Ltd. and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the platform to you.
9. Disclaimers & liability
Except as required by law, the service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. EloPMS is a software tool and does not constitute legal, tax or accounting advice.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or unlawful use. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
11. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the service. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
