One guest, one inventory, one ledger, one live view for the owner — across every room and outlet.
Why EloPMSA full-screen, touch-first till that scans, splits payment, redeems loyalty and charges to the guest's room — plus a complete floor-to-kitchen restaurant with a live Kitchen Display System, tight per-cashier cash control, and every sale posting to one ledger.
A dedicated, touch-first POS with its own top bar showing the live cashier, property name and a running clock, and one-tap navigation between the Terminal, Sales History, Cash Register and Sale Return.
Split payment across methods, redeem loyalty, sell on credit or installments, and post any restaurant, bar, gift-shop or gaming sale straight to a checked-in guest's PMS folio.
Walk-in or named sale — a full customer picker searches by name, phone, mobile or email and shows each customer's city, address and outstanding balance, with a "+ New" quick-add mid-sale. Loyalty points display on the selected customer, with an at-checkout "Redeem Points" option and automatic points earned written to a loyalty ledger; a configurable programme controls points-per-currency, minimum redemption and redemption value.
Cash, Card, Bank and split payment across several methods in one sale, with a live "fully allocated / remaining / over-allocated" indicator, cash tendered and automatic change (optionally hidden by setting). Credit sales to a customer's ledger take an optional down payment with a real-time balance-due display and a credit-limit check that blocks over-limit sales. Installment sales support down payment, interest (none / fixed / percentage), 3/6/9/12-month or weekly schedules, a start date, an optional guarantor (name, CNIC, phone), and an auto-generated plan with dated payment slots.
Post any restaurant, bar, gift-shop or gaming sale straight to a checked-in guest's PMS folio. The cashier searches by room number, guest name or reservation, and the sale is mirrored as an F&B/POS charge line on the folio — revenue deferred to the folio so it's recognised once at checkout, never double-counted. No-post and closed-folio rules are honoured automatically.
Negative-stock control — sell-below-zero allowed or blocked per your POS settings, with separate handling for raw materials — plus a financial-year guard that blocks sales outside an open accounting period. A per-receipt "Push to FBR" toggle submits the receipt to the Federal Board of Revenue (Pakistan) on completion; the printed receipt then carries the FBR digital invoice number and a verification QR code.
Everything the counter needs to keep the queue moving — and to hand every guest exactly the receipt they want.
Everything a full-service restaurant, café or banquet operation needs — a visual floor plan, waiters and covers, courses, modifiers, kitchen tickets fired in one tap, and a live Kitchen Display System.
Define floor sections (Ground Floor, Terrace, VIP Hall) and tables with numbers, names and seat counts; a visual table map shows each table's live status with the running order number and total. Seat a party by picking a table, assign a waiter/server, set the guest count (covers), and add a cover charge (preset or custom).
Merge multiple tables for large parties (combining seats under one bill), unmerge them afterwards, and move/transfer an open order from one table to another in a tap. Tag each item as Starter, Main, Dessert, Drinks or Add-on so the kitchen fires and plates in the right order, and add free-text kitchen notes ("no onions") plus modifiers and add-ons carried through to the kitchen.
Capture vehicle number and lane and work a live drive-thru queue (ordering → preparing → ready → done) with elapsed-time timers. Take dine-in reservations (guest, phone, date, time, party size, table, notes) with status tracking and one-tap "Seat Now". A live dashboard and reports cover revenue by table & section, total covers, average order value, top-selling items and peak hours, exportable to Excel.
Send an order to the kitchen with one tap — the system generates a numbered Kitchen Order Ticket and only sends the newly-added items, so re-fires never duplicate a course — then track every ticket on a full-screen, auto-refreshing Kitchen Display System.
For the simpler outlets — the lobby gift shop, newsstand, pharmacy corner or staff canteen — the same terminal runs as a fast retail counter: scan or tap products, take cash/card/split payment, apply discounts and tax, print an A4 or thermal receipt, and (for guests) charge it to the room.
Register open/close with an opening float, mid-shift cash in/out, printable X and Z reports, drawer reconciliation with automatic GL posting, and a money-flow summary that makes expected cash exact.
Cashiers open a shift with an opening float and a register number; the system auto-opens a register on the first sale so nothing goes untracked, and flags any sales made today with no open register. Record mid-shift paid-in / paid-out movements (with reason and note) — petty cash, tips paid out, drops to the safe.
The X-Report is a read-only, no-reset mid-shift snapshot printable any time — sales, a per-payment-method breakdown (Cash, Card, Bank, Cheque…), returns, tax collected, cash in/out, vouchers, expected cash and that shift's top products; managers can view any cashier's live shift and print in A4 or 80mm thermal. The Z-Report is the definitive shift close, with opening balance, expected vs. counted cash, variance, shift duration and a finalisation stamp.
At finalisation the manager enters the counted cash; any over/short variance is automatically posted to the ledger — to the cashier's own employee account, a Cash Variance Suspense account, or recorded only, at the manager's choice. Complete money-flow accounting nets everything attributed to the cashier — POS and manual sales, sale returns, payment and receipt vouchers, gaming card loads/memberships, e-commerce cash-on-delivery, and manual cash movements — each grouped by method so expected cash is exact and non-cash tenders never inflate the drawer. Shift history lets you browse and reprint closed shifts by date, cashier and status.
Shift-aware history keeps cashiers honest to their own till, while managers see the whole branch — and returns are processed right from the counter.
Restaurant, café, banquet, gift shop, canteen and gaming zone all post consistently to inventory and the general ledger, flow through the cashier's register and X/Z-Reports, and — when a guest chooses — settle to their room folio. Guests move freely across the property and pay once at checkout, while owners get a single, real-time, per-outlet picture of revenue, stock and cash.
