Delivery log & retries

Every message is logged with its channel, recipient, the document it relates to, the provider status, the cost, and any error — filterable by channel, status, event, date and recipient. Failed messages auto-retry, and you can re-send any of them manually.

Best-effort delivery

Messaging is best-effort by design: a provider hiccup never blocks a front-desk action. Check a guest in, take a payment, settle a folio — the operation completes even if the SMS is slow, and the message simply queues and retries.
