From front desk to housekeeping to management — a single personnel master with statutory identity, employment history, banking, salary assignment and independently-managed child profiles.

Full personnel master — name, auto-generated employee number per company, CNIC/national ID, date of birth, gender, blood group, phone, email, address and photo, plus emergency contact name and phone on every record.
Personal & statutory identity — religion, marital status, spouse name, nationality, NTN, EOBI registration, social-security (SSO) registration, passport number & expiry, visa status, driver's-license number & expiry and disability status.
Employment details — department, designation, reporting manager for the org hierarchy, joining/hire date, probation-end and confirmation dates, contract type (permanent, contract, intern, part-time) and employment type — plus referral source and "referred by" employee for staff-referral hiring.
Banking & salary — bank name, account title, account number and IBAN for disbursement; link to a salary structure with base salary and allowances; and an optional per-employee GL sub-account so advances, loans and receivables roll straight into the Trial Balance, with opening balances that lock once real transactions exist.
"360" child profiles — dependents (spouse/children/parents/siblings, with benefit-eligibility flag and CNIC/B-form), education history, work experience and skills, each independently managed.

A device-agnostic biometric machine registry — configure attendance devices by vendor (ZKTeco, Suprema, Hikvision, Anviz, Generic, Other), IP/port/connection type, serial number and credentials, with passwords stored encrypted at rest. Bring the hardware you already own; EloPMS ingests its punches.

The attendance engine

Automatically derives shift resolution, late minutes, early-leaving minutes, overtime hours, holiday and weekend flags — and can promote a short day to half-day. A recompute tool re-runs the engine across a date range after a shift or holiday change, and a monthly attendance view per employee plus company-wide reports export to CSV.

Salary components — typed as earning, deduction or employer-contribution, each calculated fixed, percentage-of-basic or percentage-of-gross, with a taxable flag.
Effective-dated structures — grade-based, bundling a base salary with any set of components, so payroll always uses the structure in force for each month.
Payroll runs — per month/year and branch, pulling all active employees; a two-pass calculation computes earnings, deductions and net pay, auto-prorating mid-month joiners and leavers.
Automatic inclusion — loan installments due, ad-hoc bonuses and deductions, and pending advances are folded into the run; retroactive arrears can be computed across a past month range when a structure is revised.
