Not built in

MakeMyTrip, Goibibo and other OTAs are not direct connections. They can be synced by iCal where that OTA supports iCal import/export. iCal keeps availability in step; it does not carry rates or guest details.
India GST e-invoicing (IRN) is not built in. EloPMS puts your GST rates on invoices through the India pack; it does not generate an IRN or report invoices to the GST e-invoice system.
No India-specific payment gateway. Online payment runs through Stripe or PayPal. Without online payment, a web booking is held as tentative and the front desk collects payment by card, bank transfer or on arrival.

Country pack per property — pick India and the pack drives how tax and invoices behave for that property; a group can run other packs on other properties.
Your tax rates, your way — define tax rates by name as a percentage or fixed amount, inclusive or exclusive, on an item or on the whole invoice, each mapped to its own ledger account.

What is hotel management software?+

Hotel management software, also called hotel property management software or a PMS, runs a hotel’s daily work in one system: reservations and the front desk, room status and housekeeping, guest bills, the night audit, and selling rooms on booking sites. EloPMS also includes restaurant POS, accounting and reports, so the same data runs from booking to the books.

Does EloPMS handle GST for hotels in India?+

Each property in EloPMS has a country pack. The India pack drives GST tax and invoice behaviour, so the GST rates you set appear on your invoices, shown inclusive or exclusive as you choose. GST e-invoicing (IRN generation) is not built in. Confirm your GST rates with your accountant before you file.

Does EloPMS connect to MakeMyTrip and Goibibo?+

Not directly. EloPMS has direct two-way connections to Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and Airbnb, which you connect with your own OTA accounts. MakeMyTrip, Goibibo and other OTAs are not direct connections. They can be synced by iCal where that OTA supports iCal import and export, which keeps availability in step but does not carry rates or guest details.

Can I bill guests in INR?+

Yes, through multi-currency. You set each property’s currency, keep dated exchange rates, and your EloPMS booking website can show prices in the guest’s chosen currency, with a clear note when the charge currency is different from the one displayed.

Which online payment gateways work for hotels in India?+

The EloPMS booking engine takes online payments through Stripe and PayPal, using your own merchant accounts. No India-specific payment gateway is built in. If a property does not take payment online, the booking is held as tentative and the front desk collects payment by card, bank transfer or on arrival.

Is EloPMS cloud-based hotel management software?+
