One guest, one inventory, one ledger, one live view for the owner — across every room and outlet.
Why EloPMSHalls and party rooms, per-plate catering menus, live function sheets, advance deposits that post straight to your ledger, and double-booking protection on every venue — for full hotels and standalone party-hall or marquee businesses alike.
Two venue types, its own capacity, its own pricing and its own booking behaviour — from a 350-cover banquet hall to an intimate party room.
Build a catalogue of catering packages guests can attach to any event. Menus are auto-priced into the event as price-per-plate × guests, so the quote updates the moment the headcount changes.
Every package carries a price per plate and an enforceable minimum plate count, so an undersized booking can't slip past the floor you set.
Tag each package by cuisine so guests find the right style fast.
Spell out exactly what's on the plate — "welcome drinks, starters, main course, dessert, tea / coffee" — so the quote and the function sheet read the same way the client heard it.
Each event gets an auto-generated code (EVT-YYYY-#####) and a live financial ledger. Assign the hall, pick the menu, capture the contact, set the timing — and the quote seeds itself.
A visual, click-to-book calendar shows every venue's availability at a glance — a week grid to scan the month, and an hour-by-hour day timeline you drag to book, with buffers and deposits rendered right on the blocks.
Each event carries its own itemised folio with charges, payments, deposits and a running balance — and it all posts through to your general ledger and reconciles against the cashier's shift close-out.
Settling an event recognises revenue and posts the accounting voucher; completed events are then locked from edits. Managers can reverse a mistaken settlement — it reverses the voucher and re-opens the event to "confirmed".
Refund a held deposit back to a client (DR Banquet Advance Deposits / CR cash), clamped to the amount actually held and recorded as a negative payment. Cancelling a settled event auto-reverses its revenue voucher so no phantom revenue remains; advance deposits stay parked as a refund-owed liability until refunded.
Payments tied to a closed cashier shift are protected from deletion until the shift is reopened — so a settled day's cash stays exactly as the cashier left it.
